Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not an offer. Every project is governed by a written quote or contract that sets out the scope, deliverables, fees and timelines agreed with you.

Fees, changes and media spend

Fees are quoted in UAE dirhams. Each quote lists what is included and the payment schedule. Venue hire, catering and other supplier costs are paid by the client directly to suppliers or passed through at cost, as the quote states. Cancellation terms for each supplier are shown in the quote before anything is booked.

Ownership of content

The design, text and graphics of this website belong to Anatol Kakhavets For Events Organizing and Managing. Materials we produce for client events are licensed as set out in each client contract. Event photos and video are shared under the usage rights agreed in each contract. Supplier and venue terms apply as stated in the quote.
